Clan Elysium claim World First in the race to complete the returning King’s Fall raid in Destiny 2

The three time winners Clan Elysium, completed King’s Fall first, securing the World First raid belt

Guardians from all over the world took on the returning King’s Fall raid this weekend for the World First raid race, Destiny 2’s foremost pinnacle six-person activity. A massive congratulations to Clan Elysium for diving into the Hive Dreadnaught and emerging victorious.

As the first team to both beat the raid and the additional challenges, all six members will receive one of our World First title belts.

Bungie Rewards
Guardians hoping to grab the unlockable King’s Fall Raid Ring through Bungie Rewards will need to finish the raid before September 6, 2022 at 9:59 AM PT. Handcrafted in solid nickel-free sterling silver, this hefty ring features the Taken King’s fearsome visage, with texture continuing around the ring band, and antiquing to accentuate the sculpted detail. Engraved on the inner band is the Hive’s patriotic anthem: Long live the King.

Those who finish the raid during the Season of Plunder will unlock the King’s Fall Raid Art Print and King’s Fall Raid Pin, also purchasable through the Bungie Store. Dedicated players can pick up the Kingslayer Seal Collectible Medallion Pin once they complete the Kingslayer Seal and gain the Kingslayer title.

New Arc 3.0 Fragments

Following the daring World First completion by Clan Elysium, the final Arc 3.0 fragments are available for all Guardians to acquire using Glimmer from Ikora:

  • Spark of Ions – Defeating a Jolted target creates an Ionic Trace.
  • Spark of Amplitude – Rapidly defeating targets while Amplified creates an Orb of Power.
  • Spark of Feedback – Taking melee damage briefly increases your outgoing melee damage.
  • Spark of Brilliance – Defeating a Blinded target with precision damage creates a Blinding explosion around them.
